A journey of love and acceptance
When a story is born out of love, it takes on a life of its own and touches hearts around the world. This is exactly what happened with the book Where is My Fur, created by Myroslava Novosilska, a doctor, scientist, and pediatric trichologist. It's not just a fairy tale - it's a gentle therapeutic project that helps children who have lost their hair due to illness or stress to accept themselves again and feel that they are not alone.
THE STORY OF OUR JOURNEY
UkraineLviv - the first meeting
The first presentation of Where's My Fur took place in Lviv. This day became a real celebration of warmth and faith in goodness. Children, parents, doctors, psychologists and volunteers listened to the story of Korzhik, a brave hero who learned to love himself even without fur.
It was from Lviv that the book began its great journey around the world, a journey in which every page gives children support and adults faith in the power of kindness.
USALos Angeles, Miami, New York
In Los Angeles, where Myroslava is currently working and developing the first Ukrainian clinic, two meetings with readers took place. They brought together Ukrainian and American doctors, psychologists, parents, and children who have experienced difficult moments but have not lost faith in goodness.
In Miami, the presentation was held in a warm family atmosphere - children listened to Korzhyk's story, painted illustrations and shared their dreams.
And in New York, the meeting had a warm format, where children who read Ukrainian discussed the story of Korzhik, the main character of the book, who taught them to accept themselves without fur but with a big heart.
In all the cities of America, Myroslava personally spoke about her mission to support children who have lost their hair, to remind them that they are beautiful, strong and worthy of love regardless of their appearance.
Europe and UkrainePresentations with video messages
After the American tour, Where's My Fur began traveling to Europe and Canada.
Presentations were held in Toronto, Prague, Krakow, Leipzig, Kyiv, and Odesa.
Although Myroslava could not be present in person, she sent a video message to each of the events - sincere, emotional, filled with gratitude and care.

A mission in progress
"Where's My Fur is not just a book, it's a mission to help. Each copy sold is another book presented to a child undergoing treatment for cancer. Myroslava's team visits cancer centers, presents children with books, pillows, and a real holiday with warmth, music, and faith in tomorrow. This story continues its journey around the world, reminding us that goodness has no boundaries.
