In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Rights Protection’” — printed publications of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

In case of detecting a printing defect in the printed product, the Seller, at the Buyer’s request, shall provide a refund equal to the value of the defective book.

Printing defect — are defects that occur during the production process and affect the quality or readability of the text: ink smudging or underprinting, blurry printing, stuck pages, uneven trimming, inverted or missing sheets, duplicated pages, mismatch between the book’s title and its content, etc.

The buyer has the right to return defective printed products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

When submitting your request, please include the details of the payment document received at the time of purchase. The return of defective products is covered by the Seller. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the Buyer will be refunded the amount equal to the value of the defective book.

If the product was purchased at a physical sales location (such as a presentation, fair, etc.), the Buyer must contact the point of purchase directly.

Pay attention: refunds for electronic content (e-books, PDF files, etc.) are not eligible for refund or exchange. Electronic products are non-returnable and non-refundable. are not subject to return or exchange.

Return of products delivered outside Ukraine

If the order was shipped via international delivery, the decision on a return is made individually, depending on the cost of return shipping. If a return is deemed impractical, the Buyer may be offered alternative options such as:

• a refund (reimbursement of the product’s value);
• shipping a new copy without requiring the return of the defective one.

Return of other products

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the Buyer has the right within 14 days to exchange or return a non-food product of proper quality if it has not been used, its commercial appearance, seals, and labels are preserved, and the payment document (receipt) is provided.
